Overview
Scoot Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Product Manager to spearhead their Digital Experience and E-Commerce projects. This role centers on strategizing, developing, and fine-tuning digital products and e-commerce platforms to elevate the customer journey and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement comprehensive product roadmaps for digital experience and e-commerce ventures.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to collect and analyze business needs.
- Produce and uphold extensive product documentation such as wireframes and business requirements.
- Supervise the full product cycle from concept through launch and subsequent refinement.
- Use analytical platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau for data-driven product insights and performance tracking.
- Participate in UX design collaborations, partnering closely with designers using tools including Figma and Miro.
- Manage content management systems to ensure uniform and appealing digital content delivery.
- Handle relationships and contracts with vendors tied to digital products and e-commerce channels.
- Apply change management tactics to facilitate smooth integration of new digital solutions.
- Encourage clear communication and resolve conflicts among different stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor dynamics to spot innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years’ product management background, specifically within digital or e-commerce domains.
- Expertise with product management methodologies, including roadmapping and creation of wireframes.
- Advanced analytical capabilities using Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and proficient with tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience managing content management systems and e-commerce technologies.
- Impeccable project management and organizational talents.
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Analytical thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in dynamic environments.
- Understanding of change management concepts and procedures.
