Role Overview

The Product team at Revolut is dedicated to crafting the experiences that drive the organization. They collaborate across design, engineering, and data to transform complex issues into elegant, scalable customer features. This role focuses on platform design to develop internal tools and systems essential for scaling operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design comprehensive internal platforms and tools supporting global operations, customer support, compliance, and AI workflows.
Develop end-to-end system architectures, outlining behaviors, states, and interactions across multi-step processes including edge scenarios.
Create scalable UI/UX patterns for internal tools balancing speed, usability, and technical limitations.
Clarify ambiguous or complex requirements into coherent product logic and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data scientists, and operations managers to align product logic.
Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and redesign them to enhance scalability and performance.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years designing exceptional products in-house, preferably focusing on internal tools or platform ecosystems.
A design portfolio showcasing complex product or systems design projects.
Strong design capabilities for web-based platforms.
Ability to think strategically about product direction and justify design choices effectively.
Understanding of how backend workflows influence design decisions.
Proven initiative in managing design processes independently.
UX-centric mindset, with insight into operational user behavior.
Comfort with complex, data-intensive interfaces including intricate states, tables, and workflows.
Expertise in typography and grid systems.

Preferred Attributes

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
Programming skills to develop simple prototypes.
Experience creating and managing cross-platform design systems.
Background in fast-paced startup environments.
Familiarity with Android and iOS design considerations.
