About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer specialized in chatbots to join a partner company based in Germany. This role centers on collaborating within a dynamic product team to design a sophisticated Web SaaS CRM platform that caters to varied business environments and operational demands. The ideal candidate is a design-focused individual passionate about discovery, solving intricate challenges, and transforming ambiguous concepts into scalable user experiences that span multiple industries and user profiles.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete product design lifecycle, including discovery, defining problems, ideation, validation, prototyping, and finalizing deliverables.
Create scalable user experiences for a complex Web SaaS CRM system, encompassing dashboards, admin panels, workflow management tools, configuration interfaces, role-based permissions, and multi-step user flows.
Convert multifaceted business needs into clear, reusable product patterns adaptable across various organizations and operational contexts.
Engage in user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze workflows, and execute usability testing to gather insights and confirm design decisions.
Formulate hypotheses, build interactive prototypes, analyze product data, and refine designs utilizing both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to balance user requirements, business goals, and technical limitations.
Enhance and contribute to the design system by developing scalable components and ensuring consistency across the product suite.
Maintain design documentation and provide support during development to uphold design quality, while exploring AI-driven tools and modern prototyping methods to optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or a related role, preferably within SaaS, B2B, CRM, enterprise software, or workflow-centric products.
Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery, interpret ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and guide product direction prior to interface design.
A strong systems-thinking approach with expertise in designing for complex user roles, permissions, workflows, configurations, and scalable business functions.
Proficient in creating advanced interfaces such as dashboards, data tables, administrative tools, configuration flows, and operational platforms.
Deep understanding of user research techniques, usability testing procedures, analytics, and data-driven design decisions.
High proficiency with Figma, interactive prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts, responsive design principles, implementation constraints, and productive collaboration with engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating design rationales, evaluating trade-offs, and thriving in Agile settings.
Professional fluency in Ukrainian and English languages.
Experience with AI-assisted design workflows, CRM platforms, enterprise products, low-code tools, or API-driven systems is a plus.
