Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire premium CASA customers through direct sourcing and referral channels.
• Meet and exceed CASA and Average Monthly Balance (AMB) targets consistently.
• Promote and cross-sell a variety of banking products including Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Credit/Debit Cards.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and engagement.
• Strictly adhere to KYC and compliance standards to maintain regulatory integrity.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from 1 to 4 years in CASA or retail banking sales roles.
• Strong skills in sales, relationship management, target achievement, and communication are essential.
