About the Role
We are collaborating with a successful proprietary trading firm expanding its Prediction Markets trading division after strong results in systematic trading. Funded by significant proprietary capital and led by experienced traders from top quantitative firms worldwide, the company is seeking skilled Prediction Markets Traders with proven success in live event-driven markets. This position offers the chance to join an early-stage, well-funded team with access to institutional-grade technology and capital, while having the freedom to create and grow profitable trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee effective trading strategies within prediction markets.
- Generate and assess trading concepts across diverse domains such as politics, economics, sports, financial markets, and other event-driven arenas.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, engineers, and fellow traders to enhance trading models and technical infrastructure.
- Contribute to the formulation of the firm's long-term vision for prediction markets as the business scales.
Requirements
- Documented success in trading prediction markets with verifiable live performance.
- Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the trading advantage and rationale behind decisions.
- Comfortable handling and interpreting data and quantitative frameworks.
- Programming skills in Python or similar languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience with platforms such as Kalshi, Polymarket, sports trading, options, or related event-driven markets is strongly desired.
