Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team at Vaanya Enterprise located in Gomti Nagar extension near Lulu Mall, Lucknow. This full-time position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage payroll operations for approximately 200 employees efficiently.
• Prepare and generate accurate payslips for all employees.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in using formulas to streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain solid knowledge of relevant labour laws applicable to payroll management.
• Handle calculations related to employee PF and ESIC with accuracy.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to coordinate and clarify payroll details as needed.
• Possess access to a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for commuting to the workplace.
