Payroll Adviser

Overview

Service Care Solutions is pleased to collaborate with a long-standing client in Blackburn seeking a Payroll Adviser to enhance their expanding team. This role centers on timely and precise payroll management for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Compute and process net wages for employees on clients' payrolls.
• Input and manage substantial payroll data received from clients.
• Maintain adherence to strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and punctuality of all payroll processes.
• Communicate with clients regarding payments owed to HMRC.
• Prepare net pay data transmission via BACS, verifying correct banking information is used.
• Generate monthly and yearly payroll reports for clients.
• Support submission of HMRC documents including P45, P46, FPS, and EPS returns.
• Maintain awareness of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) regulations, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy practice.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to manage workload within strict timelines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000.
