Position Overview
We are currently inviting applications for a full-time pastor to serve our congregation. The ideal candidate will possess ministry experience paired with at least a Bachelor of Theology degree. Accreditation with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ) or any Canadian Baptist Conventions is required or the candidate should be prepared to initiate the accreditation process immediately.
About Our Church and Community
Our church is located in the Stoney Creek area of Hamilton, surrounded by a blend of urban and rural settings. The community offers access to schools, hospitals, arts venues, sports facilities, and easy travel to nearby cities including Brantford, Burlington, and Toronto.
We are a modest-sized church with attendees from a variety of ethnic and social backgrounds. Our congregation actively supports missions such as a Cancer Care ministry, a community Blessing Cupboard, and established men’s and women’s ministries. We are currently revitalizing our youth ministry and conduct community outreach programs aimed at addressing local needs with the goal of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our ministry extends online through Zoom services and collaborations with Masala Ministries to support international pastors and their missions.

Our mission is "To Know Christ and to Make Him Known."
