About the Role

Become a part of Starbucks at our store located on Avenue des Canadiens & Drummond in Montreal, Quebec. As a barista, you contribute to the Starbucks Experience by delivering excellent customer service and crafting outstanding beverages. You will work in a lively store environment, mastering your food and drink preparation skills while building connections with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates positive and memorable experiences.
• Prepare food and drink items according to set recipes, customizing orders to customers’ preferences including adjustments in temperature or ingredient quantities.
• Assist in cash-handling and maintain store safety protocols.
• Ensure a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.
• Support various tasks within the store to help the team operate effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to maintain punctuality and regular attendance, including flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Capability to follow oral and written directions accurately and seek clarification when needed.
• French fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
