About the opportunity

Role summary
The package driver is responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to residential and commercial addresses. The job involves working in a physical, quick-paced setting with frequent lifting, lowering, and carrying of parcels, while following safe driving practices throughout every trip.
This role operates from the Tullamarine depot and is offered as a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will learn and follow UPS-approved safe driving procedures, handle deliveries and pickups accurately, and support a positive customer experience through timely and dependable service.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs, maintain the company’s appearance standards, and demonstrate strong customer interaction and driving ability. Candidates need to meet the local age and operational rules for driving a vehicle, be available for work five days per week, and be capable of operating a manual transmission vehicle.
