Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack affiliate for the position of Operations Specialist based in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage workflows, assess site performance metrics, and communicate essential shift details to shift and area managers.
• Guide and train staff to reach optimal performance levels while overseeing their daily activities.
• Support shift and area managers in initiatives to enhance processes, ensure workplace safety, and boost employee involvement.
• Work closely with various departments to address shared challenges and fulfill performance objectives.
• Apply data analytical techniques to discover opportunities for improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the following languages: German, English, Arabic.
• Experience in utilizing data analytics for problem detection and resolution.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Background in managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining professional connections.
• Operational experience in sectors such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
