Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut focuses on scalable problem-solving by addressing the company’s most demanding challenges with agility, accuracy, and innovative thinking. This role as a Product Operations Manager involves collaborating on influential projects across the organization, leveraging insights to overcome difficulties, enhance processes, and deliver superior customer results.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating expert perspectives on specific fintech sectors and crafting comprehensive long-term strategies for the company and product teams.
• Serving as a vital information hub by gathering market intelligence to influence company strategies and roadmap development for various departments.
• Monitoring and evaluating the company’s competitive stance and product effectiveness on a global scale.
• Contributing to the planning and introduction of new verticals within the business.
• Shaping initial product concepts and devising market entry strategies for new geographic expansions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of at least a 2:1 degree from a prestigious university, preferably in STEM or quantitative disciplines.
• Proven excellence and high performance across multiple domains.
• Minimum of three years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or within an innovative tech firm in roles tied to product or strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Dedication to creating solutions focused on customer needs and experiences.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience developing prosperous products, ideally within the financial sector, utilizing data analytics, customer input, pragmatic judgment, and/or machine learning techniques.
