Program Overview
Tangoe invites non-technical graduates to participate in the National Apprentice Program designed to impart practical knowledge and prepare trainees for potential full-time positions. This structured apprenticeship emphasizes hands-on training within the telecom expense management domain, specifically supporting operations teams.
Key Internship Responsibilities
- Validate and ensure accurate processing of telecom vendor invoices.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and generation of monthly financial reports.
- Manage and track service request tickets, supporting SLA compliance.
- Contribute to creation of service performance reports and audit-related documentation.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduates from any discipline with graduation years between 2023 and 2026.
- Applicants should be from non-engineering backgrounds, including fields like Commerce, Arts, Computers, or Management.
- No prior work experience is necessary.
- Mandatory submission of Aadhaar card and final year education certificates (both provisional and convocation certificates).
Program Details
- Location: Tangoe India Office, Bengaluru.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Duration: 8 months of full-time, in-office apprenticeship.
- Stipend: INR 13,500 per month in accordance with compliance standards.
- Recruitment event is scheduled for 11th August 2026.
Additional Information
The program offers a performance-based pathway to transition into permanent roles at Tangoe after completion of the apprenticeship.
