Role Overview
The Operations Executive, based in Singapore, is a full-time onsite position responsible for backing and coordinating daily operations throughout Riglobe Connect's technology and media service offerings. Duties include overseeing project progress, guaranteeing seamless service delivery, maintaining operational processes across business internet, cloud POS, CCTV, digital display, and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing projects and service performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
- Track performance metrics and assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
- Support issue resolution and implement continuous improvements to workflows enhancing overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in operations and operations management to oversee and improve daily activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Solid analytical capabilities to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable operational solutions.
- Experience with cloud technology, IT services, or digital media solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets and project management software, along with basic reporting skills.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields is preferred.
