About Cornerstone Caregiving
Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned company providing in-home care, focused on empowering seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. With significant recent growth and plans for nationwide expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Operating Director to lead and grow the Raleigh, NC branch.
Role Overview
The Operating Director will independently lead the branch, supported by corporate training and a network of other Operating Directors, playing a central role in advancing the company's mission and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all operations of the Raleigh branch with autonomy, utilizing ongoing corporate support and training.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position Cornerstone as the preferred provider of in-home care in the area.
- Establish and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and other partners to build a consistent client base.
- Oversee staffing functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure proper shift coverage and handle urgent inquiries from clients, caregivers, and partners.
- Conduct in-home assessments to build strong client relationships, perform intakes, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects of the office, including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss statements.
- Create a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, setting morale standards, and incentivizing team performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven leadership experience managing teams effectively.
- Track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience conducting recruitment, hiring, and supervising staff.
