Role overview

As an Online Fulfilment Team Member, you will help keep the online operation running smoothly by handling order processing, supporting warehouse activity, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Working hours and fixed term details

The roster for this position is Sunday and Monday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, for a total of 16 hours per week. This is a fixed-term role ending on 26 October 2026.

Key duties

• Accurately pick and pack online customer orders in a timely manner
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete order processing
• Work in a busy distribution environment while meeting daily performance targets
• Assist with stock movement and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Help keep the work area safe, tidy, and organised
• Work closely with teammates to support customer delivery outcomes

Physical activity is a regular part of this role, including repeated lifting, standing, and moving around during shifts.
