Job description
Job Summary
The Officer - Sales & Service will oversee all administrative aspects of vehicle preparation and management in the sales process. This includes coordinating vehicle inspections, documentation accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of new vehicles via the dealer management system.
- Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is accurate, properly filed, and invoiced correctly.
- Coordinate vehicle booking for inspection and preparation, providing updates to sales and service teams along with invoice confirmations.
- Oversee vehicle movement and preparation for sale and display, including vehicles at bodyshop or service locations.
- Guide the sales team through sales procedures, ensuring adherence to Al Ghurair Auto policies and legal requirements.
- Administer registration and management of demonstrator and courtesy vehicles, including de-registration during purchase or trade-in and handling registration processes.
- Supervise logistics, including drivers and valet services.
