Role overview

Boots Ireland is looking for a No7 Advisor to represent the No7 brand in Sligo and support customers with expert skincare and beauty guidance. This role is focused on helping people feel confident by offering personalised advice, product demonstrations, and a premium in-store experience.

No7 has spent more than 90 years combining science-led skincare with innovative beauty solutions. As part of the team, you will help bring the brand to life, strengthen customer loyalty, and contribute to commercial results through excellent service and product knowledge.

What you will do

• Take part in the award-winning 12-month Skin School programme and work toward a CIBTAC qualification recognised within the beauty industry.
• Provide tailored skincare and beauty consultations using the brand’s tools and technology.
• Explain the science behind No7 products in a simple, customer-friendly way, including ingredients, technologies, and benefits.
• Give makeup guidance such as shade matching, product trials, and building complete routines.
• Support sales performance by promoting offers, launches, and new innovations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Work closely with the wider Boots team to deliver strong service and commercial outcomes.
• Keep the counter well presented, polished, and aligned with the premium yet accessible No7 brand image.

What you need

• A strong interest in skincare and makeup, with a genuine desire to help customers feel confident.
• Comfort working toward sales goals and contributing to team performance.
• Confidence speaking with customers and applying skincare and makeup products.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and calmly.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning about products and beauty trends.
• Enthusiasm for representing No7 as a brand ambassador and supporting its heritage and innovation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience dealing with customers.
• Experience applying skincare or beauty products to customers.

Development and progression

Boots Ireland says it invests in training across skin biology, ingredients, and makeup techniques in a supportive environment. Career progression may lead to positions such as Counter Manager or Assistant Manager, as well as other beauty-related opportunities within Boots and the wider No7 Beauty Company.

There is also a 6-month development programme for experienced, high-performing Advisors. Completion does not guarantee a leadership position, but it is designed to strengthen confidence, skills, and personal brand for future growth.
