Your Responsibilities

• Create innovative AI-based products that introduce entirely new workflows to customers.
• Engage directly with clients, including visiting their offices, to comprehend requirements, prioritize feedback, and convert these into technical implementations.
• Prototype and incorporate AI pipelines such as retrieval-augmented generation to demonstrate new workflow possibilities.
• Set engineering culture standards by mentoring new hires, conducting pair programming, and participating in code reviews.

Technology Stack

Our backend is fully serverless, built on AWS using multiple Go microservices. The client applications employ React and Typescript across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. We develop proprietary retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: 100000-140000 USD annually.
