Microsoft Power BI & Copilot Bootcamp Trainer

Role Overview

Serendib Training is recruiting a specialized Trainer for a Microsoft Power BI & Copilot Bootcamp based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves delivering a two-day, instructor-led professional training tailored for about 25-30 employees from various business sectors. The trainer will focus on a highly practical curriculum that bridges complex technicalities with real-life business challenges through an engaging and interactive teaching method.

Training Goals

• Construct advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Integrate and cleanse data from diverse sources efficiently.
• Craft dynamic visualizations and executive summary dashboards.
• Utilize DAX and Power Query to enhance business report accuracy.
• Strengthen decision-making via data-driven analytics and storytelling.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to streamline reporting, automate tasks, and generate AI-supported insights.
• Demonstrate practical business intelligence applications through genuine business cases.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certification as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent credentials.
• At least five years of direct experience in deploying Microsoft Power BI solutions.
• Proficient with Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Track record of conducting instructor-led corporate training sessions.
• Experience in enterprise-scale reporting and business intelligence system delivery.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to articulate technical content to non-technical audiences.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Highly Advantageous Skills

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) designation.
• Certification or hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (DP-600).
• Practical use of Microsoft Copilot, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power BI Copilot.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python.
• Expertise in data warehousing, AI-supported analytics, executive dashboard planning.
• Competence in data storytelling and strategic business intelligence implementation.

Preferred Background

• Experience in deploying similar programs across various industries.
• Previous work exposure in the GCC region or Middle East is a plus.
