Job description
Job Overview
This role involves actively visiting surgeons to market surgical disposable gowns and various operating theatre supplies. Regular interaction with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals for mapping and relationship building is expected. The candidate will be responsible for achieving set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets alongside continuous follow-up with customers. Daily reporting of activities is also a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with surgeons and promote surgical disposable products and OT-related items.
- Identify and map doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals relevant to the product sales.
- Consistently achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers to sustain relationships and sales.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
