About the Role

Lightwire is experiencing rapid growth, expanding its fibre infrastructure, increasing residential customers, and enhancing wholesale partnerships. Marketing plays a crucial role in this journey, focusing on owning and optimizing customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention for residential, business, and wholesale markets. This position combines creativity and technology through automation, customer insights, and ongoing optimization to deliver impactful campaigns that boost the brand, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine customer and partner onboarding journeys in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives targeted at residential, business, and wholesale sectors.
  • Organize events, sponsorships, and community activities to reinforce the Lightwire brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative agencies to deliver campaigns, website enhancements, content, and brand projects.
  • Maintain and improve the company website alongside marketing partners.
  • Create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for sales teams, customers, and wholesale partners.
  • Engage with partners to understand their requirements and develop marketing solutions that assist their success.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Practical experience working directly with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailcoach, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign, specifically designing and building automation workflows.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new platforms and navigating settings and documentation independently.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize customer and partner journeys and translate them into automated processes involving triggers, segmentation, and sequencing.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing roles, including B2B, B2C, or mixed sectors; experience in telecommunications, IT, managed service providers, technology, or SaaS sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid digital advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google or overseeing agency partnerships.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for content creation, reporting, or automating workflows.
  • Background in B2B or channel marketing environments.
