Role Overview

Lead the strategic development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of smart application solutions aimed at fulfilling business goals across SEVEN and SCC. Drive innovative technology adoption, supervise application delivery excellence, build capable teams, and ensure technology initiatives produce quantifiable business benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement application strategies and services that align with organizational objectives.
• Analyze business demands and craft innovative application solutions tailored for SEVEN and SCC.
• Oversee the design, creation, deployment, and continuous refinement of intelligent systems and applications.
• Guide and grow the Applications team, ensuring they possess necessary skills and expertise.
• Conduct regular meetings to assess team performance, provide mentorship, and foster growth.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing team capabilities through professional development.
• Attract, inspire, nurture, and retain a high-calibre talent pool.
• Convert business goals into executable application and technology roadmaps.
• Encourage adoption of best practices in development, solution design, and delivery processes.
• Source and integrate cutting-edge technologies to boost business value delivery.
• Drive service enhancements to improve quality, lower costs, and raise operational productivity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Consulting experience involving Yardi software with any of the Big Four accounting firms.
• 8-10 years in relevant domains with exposure across multiple industries and business scenarios.
• Extensive and broad application knowledge spanning the entire domain.
• Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality frameworks, processes, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on competence in at least one software development technology or stack.
• Comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies.
• Awareness of market trends and demands in the applications domain.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong team-building and leadership skills.
• Experience in implementation or operational support for relevant application domains, including those related to real estate and asset management.

Additional Benefits and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise application delivery, implementation, or operational roles across diverse industries.
• Consulting background supporting or implementing Yardi solutions.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and application delivery methods.
• Familiarity with application quality standards, governance, and best practices within the field.
• Experience with enterprise application platforms combined with at least one relevant software development technology.
• Broad knowledge encompassing enterprise applications and new technology trends.
• Ability to comprehend complex business requirements and translate them into suitable application architectures.
• Proficient stakeholder management alongside excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with proven success managing teams and fostering talent development.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications, especially in real estate, asset management, or property management sectors.
