Overview

We represent a partner company seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and enhance their enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) in the United States. This role involves managing learning technologies that enable a worldwide workforce and drive strategic organizational learning initiatives. As the LMS subject matter expert, you will ensure flawless system administration, optimal user experiences, and scalable training implementations across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main administrator and LMS authority, handling system configuration, upgrades, security, workflows, and ongoing platform optimization.
Collaborate with various business units to collect requirements, configure learning solutions, and facilitate enterprise-wide training programs.
Develop and maintain learning content, curricula, user groups, assignments, reports, dashboards, and data exports aligned with organizational learning goals.
Resolve technical challenges by troubleshooting issues, working closely with vendors, and maintaining excellent end-user support.
Drive LMS upgrade projects including timeline management, documentation, system testing, deployment, and effective stakeholder communication.
Create training guides, knowledge resources, and deliver system training sessions while promoting best practices within the organization.
Monitor LMS performance, assess new platform features and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to improve learning impact and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements, while supporting related enterprise applications such as HRIS and document management systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience administering enterprise LMS solutions or supporting learning technologies within Training & Development or Learning & Development environments.
Practical experience with LMS platforms like SumTotal and ComplianceWire, along with HRIS systems such as Workday.
Proven capability to troubleshoot complex application problems, liaise with software vendors, and facilitate system improvements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with adeptness at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset, organizational expertise, and a commitment to process enhancements with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with global teams across various time zones.
Experience in generating reports, documenting processes, designing user training materials, and supporting system rollouts is highly valued.
Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time as business needs dictate.

Annual base salary between 110400 and 150400 USD, dependent on experience, qualifications, and location.
