Manager Delivery Excellence - Scrum Master

About the Role

Join Tredence as a Scrum Master leading 2 to 3 agile teams within a vertical. The role demands deep expertise in lean and agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with a focus on fostering an agile mindset and enabling effective delivery in a data-driven environment. The candidate will act as a catalyst for agile adoption, guiding teams and stakeholders for seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple scrum, Kanban, or XP teams, ensuring agile methodologies are embraced and implemented effectively.
• Conduct all scrum ceremonies and maintain progress on backlog refinement and story conversion.
• Support teams and product owners in writing user stories and organizing requirements.
• Coach agile adoption journeys and recommend suitable frameworks and tools.
• Manage and present metrics to provide visibility and transparency to teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct agile maturity assessments periodically to gauge and enhance capability.
• Identify and remove impediments for smooth sprint or iteration cycles.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders daily for agile delivery solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years overall IT industry experience including development, testing, or business analysis roles.
• 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in scrum master roles and agile project delivery.
• Preferably experienced within Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence domains.
• Working knowledge of design thinking and systems thinking concepts.
• Proficiency with tools such as Atlassian JIRA, MS Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Rally, and Excel is advantageous.
• Certified as CSM and/or PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE with active credentials.
• Additional certifications in Lean Kanban or Disciplined Agile are a plus.
• Experienced in managing multiple delivery and business partner teams and applying project management best practices.
• Familiar with MS Office and Power BI reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential, particularly in client-facing interactions.

Educational Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Arts or related field in any specialization accepted.
