Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate sending purchased goods for necessary repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries received both online and in-store.
- Accurately input bought inventory details into internal data management systems.
Job Requirements
- Possess an outgoing and flexible personality with effective communication skills for customer interaction.
- Proficient in Japanese at conversational level or higher to liaise with the headquarters in Japan.
- Capable of conducting consistent and precise work routines.
- Prior experience in store management or appraisal roles is considered an advantage.
