In the position of Loss Prevention Officer, you will be vital in safeguarding our customers, associates, and assets, ensuring a secure and welcoming retail environment. Previous experience in customer-facing roles within busy retail settings or security positions is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances to support a positive customer experience.
• Focus on minimizing loss by deterring theft and maintaining security across the sales floor.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to protect products and handle conflict resolution effectively when situations arise.
• Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Proactively communicate and engage with customers and team members to fulfill your role as an ambassador for loss prevention.
