Role Summary

The Location FRMU Manager will be based in Delhi and function within the Risk and Legal department of ABFL. The person in this role is expected to uphold ABC’s core values—speed, passion, integrity, seamlessness, and commitment—while leading strong teams and building effective stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monetary savings through metrics such as hit rates from sample & screening (S&S) and hunter methodologies, fraud savings based on loan amounts, and verification cost efficiencies.
• Drive internal controls and process improvements by suggesting and implementing innovations in processes, automation, and systems; oversee default backtracking for document fraud with conversion metrics (FTD); ensure compliance with internal audits and regulatory requirements; manage MIS and reporting activities.
• Enhance process efficiency via coordination with RCU vendors, conducting quarterly vendor visits, preparing and assessing vendor bills, and managing turnaround times for sample & screening and hunter processes.
• Lead people management initiatives through continuous learning and development sessions (4 self-trainings and one monthly training per location for samplers), facilitate vendor staff training, manage team engagements such as agency collaboration, regular team huddles, and monthly meetings with internal stakeholders.

Eligibility and Qualifications
