Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur for someone who can own and expand the company’s LinkedIn presence. The person in this role will build content schedules, publish engaging updates, improve company page visibility, and keep branding consistent across posts. The job also includes reviewing page performance, replying to comments and messages, coordinating with internal teams for content inputs, and keeping posts aligned with campaigns and business priorities. In addition, the role supports employer branding and lead-generation efforts through focused LinkedIn activity, while also tracking trends and participating in relevant professional communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain a regular content calendar for the company’s LinkedIn page.
- Create, refine, and publish engaging posts and updates that reflect the brand voice.
- Improve the visibility and consistency of the LinkedIn company page.
- Track analytics and performance metrics to understand post and page effectiveness.
- Reply to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with internal teams to collect stories, updates, and campaign inputs.
- Ensure all content supports current campaigns and overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and participate in relevant LinkedIn communities.
- Assist with employer branding and lead-generation initiatives on LinkedIn.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in administrative support and clerical coordination, including scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to manage office equipment and support basic on-site office processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn or similar social media management tasks such as posting, analytics, and engagement.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and employer branding on professional platforms.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to gather and shape content.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience managing a corporate social media page, especially LinkedIn, is an advantage.
