Lexicon Law Partners is seeking an experienced Legal Associate specializing in Real Estate litigation to join their Mumbai office. Candidates should demonstrate 6 to 9 years of post-qualification experience and a solid background in litigation within law firms based in Mumbai. The role involves both independent work and team collaboration, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, legal applications, and notices related to various real estate legal matters.
• Preparing briefs for senior counsel and providing assistance during court proceedings.
• Conducting thorough legal research and preparing detailed case notes to support litigation strategies.
• Exercising sound judgment in drafting and advisory tasks, with the capacity to manage cases independently under minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of relevant litigation experience post-qualification.
• Prior experience working at law firms in Mumbai.
• Ability to efficiently work both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong eagerness to learn and share legal knowledge within the team.
