Role overview

LT Distribution Europe is looking for a seasoned and energetic Learning & Development Manager to join its operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role is designed for a professional who can shape learning strategy, strengthen capability-building across teams, and support a culture of growth and performance.

What you will do

  • Create and roll out organization-wide learning and development plans.
