Job Overview

We seek a skilled Land Surveyor to be an integral member of our construction team based in Dubai, UAE. The role demands expertise in site surveying aligned with approved construction drawings to support building projects.

Key Duties

• Perform site surveys and execute setting-out activities as per approved project blueprints.
• Establish, verify, and maintain control points, benchmarks, and survey coordinates accurately.
• Conduct as-built surveys and compile detailed survey documentation and reports.
• Ensure high precision in survey data collection and measurements throughout project phases.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers and subcontractors to facilitate construction operations.
• Operate essential surveying instruments including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level for data acquisition.
• Keep comprehensive and organized records of all survey related data and processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in building construction survey roles.
• Hands-on proficiency with surveying tools like Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and CAD software such as AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, surveying techniques, and industry-standard procedures.
• Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous work experience in the UAE construction sector is considered advantageous.
