Renowned for exceptional cuisine and service, our kitchens depend on hardworking support staff to maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring chefs can consistently deliver excellent dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team in providing a top-tier, premium dining service
• Operate and maintain the dishwasher for quick and efficient cleaning of crockery and cutlery
• Oversee the pot wash station throughout service, ensuring smooth workflow
• Collect and clean used kitchenware like pans, trays, and utensils, ensuring proper storage
• Uphold high cleanliness standards to minimize damage and breakage
• Collaborate effectively with front of house, bar staff, and stock personnel to support seamless operations
• Manage waste disposal in adherence to established guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within a busy kitchen setting is advantageous
• Sharp attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining cleanliness
• Positive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively as part of a team

Additional Information

Positions are available both full-time and part-time, with weekend availability required.
