About the Role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Attendant to become part of their esteemed Kids Club team. This position involves actively contributing to the excellence of the Little Nomads Kids Club, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, and fostering a fun, secure environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Little Nomads Kids Club, striving to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Design and introduce innovative and engaging activities that highlight the cultural, sporting, or local attractions relevant to the hotel's location, enhancing the Kids Club's appeal.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel offerings, particularly the Kids Club activities, to better serve guests.
• Oversee health and safety protocols rigorously, prioritizing children's care at all times.
• Manage the execution of planned Kids Club activity programs, ensuring a safe environment and implementing proper safety methods.
• Utilize certified attendants, such as lifeguards, where qualifications are required.
• Evaluate program success through participation metrics and guest feedback, refining activities to maintain high standards of quality, enjoyment, and originality.
• Collaborate with the hotel concierge to communicate clear information about Kids Club events to guests.
• Promote the hotel's spa services closely to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all Kids Club equipment.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with other hotel departments.
• Adhere to correct accounting practices when collecting fees related to the Kids Club.
• Contribute to revenue growth for the department.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid childcare certification.
• At least two years of experience in a Kids Club within a five-star hotel environment.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East is advantageous.
• Ability to recognize and respond to guest needs with excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Arabic and Russian is a plus.
