Job Description

As a Kids Club Animator, you will be responsible for welcoming, ensuring the safety, and maintaining the well-being of children within the hotel. Your daily tasks include designing and leading fun, creative, and educational activities such as games, workshops, and mini-shows tailored to various age groups. You will regularly communicate with families to present activity programs, reassure parents, and gather their expectations. Close collaboration with the animation team and other hotel departments is essential to provide a consistent and high-quality experience. This is a full-time, onsite position located at King Abdullah Economic City.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ease in relating to children and their families.
• Proficient in animation techniques with the ability to manage groups of children of different ages.
• Experience in storytelling, storyboarding, and creating playful or scripted content for activities.
• Basic knowledge of visual animation, motion graphics, or using digital tools to enhance workshops.
• Heightened sense of safety and responsibility, preferably supported by experience in hotel or leisure environments.
• Ability to work within a multicultural team and adapt to flexible working hours; fluency in English required, other languages are advantageous.
• Training or education in sociocultural animation, education, leisure, or related fields is highly valued.
