Junior TIBCO Developer

Role overview

We are hiring a Junior TIBCO Developer to support the build, integration, and upkeep of enterprise applications using TIBCO technologies. This role suits someone with a foundational understanding of integration concepts who is eager to learn and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver dependable integration solutions.

Location

This position is based in Hyderabad, India, with multiple deployment locations mentioned for the Gulf region: Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Doha (Qatar), and Dubai (UAE).

Compensation and visa

Pay is market-aligned and paid monthly as a tax-free salary, depending on experience and technical expertise. The company will sponsor the work visa.

Experience requirement

Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, testing, and release of integration solutions built with TIBCO products such as BusinessWorks, EMS, and Hawk.
• Partner with senior developers to translate integration needs into workable technical designs.
• Maintain and enhance existing TIBCO interfaces, workflows, and related integration components.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve integration defects in both development and live environments.
• Assist in connecting applications, databases, and services through integration layers.
• Prepare and update technical documentation for workflows, mappings, and integration logic.
• Help implement changes, fixes, patches, and minor enhancements under supervision.
• Work with QA, support, and operations teams to ensure deployments run smoothly and integrations remain stable.
• Adopt recommended practices for performance optimization, error handling, and exception management.

Required skills and knowledge

• Basic hands-on familiarity with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, or similar integration tools.
• Working understanding of SOA, APIs, and web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Exposure to XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON data formats.
• Introductory knowledge of Java, SQL, and scripting languages is beneficial.
• Understanding of messaging platforms and enterprise integration concepts.
• Comfort using version control systems such as Git.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
