Junior Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts aligned with client objectives and ongoing feedback.
• Engage in all stages from program analysis, conceptual designs to detailed development.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Work closely with managers, production teams, marketing personnel, and clients to ensure seamless project progression from concept to construction.
• Coordinate internally to align project goals with client expectations.
• Effectively present design concepts and project specifics to clients, including scope, cost estimates, and objectives.
• Evaluate project viability by researching design criteria, technological needs, applicable regulations, and market trends.
• Interpret and apply architectural, engineering, and construction documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, construction techniques, and emerging technologies through research and professional learning.
• Support special projects and perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design or a similar discipline.
• At least three years of experience using CAD programs, especially Revit and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in visualization and design software including Enscape, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, inspection standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities for both written and verbal presentations.
• Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
