Role Overview

We seek an experienced iOS engineer to develop the native iOS experience for BJAK's AI-powered Neobank application. This role focuses on delivering clean user flows, high-performance, and a polished product that provides reliable mobile features to real users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and release native iOS features spanning onboarding, account management, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-driven user journeys.
• Simplify complex financial processes for a seamless and responsive mobile experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend, and AI teams to translate concepts into production-ready features.
• Maintain high app standards covering performance, crash handling, loading states, edge cases, responsiveness, and release stability.
• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and behavior data post-launch to enhance features continuously.
• Implement secure API integrations, authentication, and financial workflow reliability with meticulous attention.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in native iOS development using Swift.
• Demonstrated experience deploying iOS applications with active user bases.
• Strong familiarity with SwiftUI, UIKit, asynchronous programming (async/await), and iOS architectural patterns.
• Keen product insight with a focus on compelling user experiences beyond just UI construction.
• Capable of debugging live production issues and enhancing app performance and stability.
• Comfortable succeeding in ambiguous, fast-paced startup settings without compromising quality.
