Inventory Manager

Job Overview

Maintain clarity and control when others may lose sight. At DP World, inventory management is pivotal for delivering performance, quality, and customer satisfaction within automotive logistics. We are searching for a professional who combines strong analytical skills with practical implementation in warehouse operations while visibly owning leadership responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Manage and ensure accuracy of inventory to directly impact operational efficiency.
• Analyze discrepancies in inventory and provide long-term corrective solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Plan, execute, and continuously improve stocktaking processes with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, customers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth workflows.
• Ensure all goods movements are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP to maintain reliable data.
• Lead a team of 16 employees, fostering improvements in procedures and work methods.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or consulting (for example, Big4 firms focused on operations or supply chain).
• Good understanding of data, operational processes, and their practical application in a live work environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams during daily activities.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with pragmatic, solution-oriented execution.
• Organized approach to work, even under high operational pressure.
• High degree of personal responsibility, proactive attitude, and a clear drive to shape processes.

What We Offer

• Permanent employment contract under IG Metall EG9 with an annual salary of approximately €59,704 plus about €8,800 in special payments.
