Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and meticulous Interior Site Supervisor to manage the execution of interior projects across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors. The role involves overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality standards, coordinating among stakeholders, and completing projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily interior fit-out tasks at the project sites.
• Ensure work aligns with approved designs, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and design teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Oversee quality control of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, glass, and finishing activities.
• Perform routine site inspections to uphold quality standards and address onsite challenges.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved promptly.
• Generate daily progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Validate site measurements and executed work quantities.
• Supervise material deliveries and usage to reduce wastage.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and ensure proper site cleanliness.
• Participate in client meetings providing consistent updates on project progress.
