Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor for a full-time position based in Mulund, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience in supervising interior construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates living nearby. This role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to guarantee timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate interior construction activities on site to ensure streamlined project execution.
• Manage daily operational tasks in line with approved drawings and technical requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in project layout and work setting as per specifications.
• Provide technical support to site workers and promptly resolve any issues encountered on site.
• Collaborate closely with Project Head and Designer to understand project details and execution strategies.
• Monitor and manage material requirements following authorization from Site Designer and Department Head.
• Work with quantity surveyors regarding material ordering and price quotations.
• Supervise installation of various materials and furnishings including lighting systems, furniture, wall treatments, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols among all site workers.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, checklists, and necessary documentation for project tracking.
• Provide regular progress updates and follow-up actions to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Update internal management systems to facilitate smooth workflow and execution.
• Submit routine reports and checklists to the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality control by consistently adhering to technical drawings and project standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of interior project execution, materials, and site management practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and layouts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly responsible, meticulous, and well-organized.
• Male candidates up to 40 years of age preferred.
• Candidates residing near Mulund will be given priority.
