Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and design-aware Interior Design / Project Management Intern available for part-time or full-time engagement. This position focuses on supporting a wide array of hospitality, residential, and creative spatial projects. Reporting to the Project Manager and Executive Advisor, the role involves close collaboration with the Creative Director and leads in Interior Design and Project Management to contribute from concept development through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to interior design phases including concept, schematic, and detailed design.
  • Help create moodboards, select materials and furniture, and develop styling references.
  • Develop presentation materials such as decks and layouts for internal and client reviews.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Support project management activities such as scheduling, site coordination, procurement follow-up, and documentation.
  • Conduct site visits assisting in defect identification, installation supervision, and project handovers.
  • Assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, décor, and finishing materials.
  • Maintain and organize project-related files, bills of quantities (BOQs), quotations, specifications, and procurement trackers.
  • Research design trends, hospitality concepts, and operational standards relevant to ongoing projects.
