Role Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to manage renewals for commercial insurance policies. The role involves compliant selling to current business clients, ensuring the insurance products offered meet client needs through comprehensive market reviews. The specialist will handle client servicing, including adjustments and administration throughout the policy's first year and support the wider commercial team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Broker for Radius Insurance's commercial clients.
• Focus on client retention and actively pursue upselling or cross-selling of insurance products.
• Manage client accounts including mid-term policy changes, administration tasks, and liaising with third-party finance partners.
• Work toward agreed targets and key performance indicators.
• Effectively manage time and seek assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to aid staff development and overall company progress.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including complaint resolution and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues and insurers to strengthen partnerships.
• Complete administrative duties linked to the position.
• Communicate with clients mainly via phone and email.
• Identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe and suitable working environment.
• Engage in continuous professional development as per regulations and legislation.

Qualifications and Remuneration

• Required: Holds APA (Accredited Product Adviser) or CIP (Certificate in Insurance Practice) qualifications.
• Salary Structure:
  • No Qualification: Base salary of 30,000 euros with 36,300 euros OTE.
  • APA Qualification: Base salary 33,000 euros with a minimum OTE of 39,930 euros.
  • CIP Qualification: Base salary 35,000 euros with minimum OTE of 42,350 euros.
• Bonus structure: Percentage of salary paid as incentive.
