About IESE Solutions and Role Context

IESE Solutions is recruiting Industrial Engineers to contribute to the mission of the U.S. Space Forces by supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) directorates in Boulder, CO. The role involves providing expertise to government weapon systems program offices, focusing on space-based and ground systems such as Command & Control services. Team members will offer systems engineering and integration knowledge to help safeguard critical space infrastructure, advising on architecture and lifecycle systems engineering for satellites and their ground systems.

Primary Responsibilities

Candidates will be tasked with monitoring, identifying, documenting, and reporting technical discrepancies linked to mission stakeholders, following requirements outlined by NG OPIR SBIRS and Weather SEPs, SSC-S-001, FORGE, EMD, DOSSC, DSC, GEO 5/6, and SFP contracts. These activities support verification, accreditation, and operational transition in the Weather mission and four key OPIR mission areas: Missile Warning (MW), Missile Defense (MD), Battlespace Awareness (BA), and Technical Intelligence. Monthly reports must be delivered compliant with the CDRL.

Qualifications and Educational Background

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, Engineering Management, or Industrial and Systems Engineering is essential. Preference is given to candidates holding a master's in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, MBA, Operations Research, or Supply Chain Management. An active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
