Job description
Role Overview
Become a vital member of our AM Hygiene Team as a Hygiene Operative working the day shift from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This position offers a starting wage of £13.55 per hour, with enhanced pay of £16.94 per hour for hours worked between 8 PM and 6 AM or beyond 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional hygiene levels across food production environments to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
- Carry out cleaning duties by following best practices, involving thorough sanitisation of all surfaces and equipment with the correct chemicals, including dismantling and reassembling large industrial baking machinery.
- Keep accurate records demonstrating compliance with hygiene protocols and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently once trained, further supporting cleaning operations by dismantling and assembling production equipment.
Training and Development
Comprehensive onboarding training will be provided alongside continuous learning opportunities. After probation, you will earn certificates in Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2, enhancing your qualifications.
