Human Resources Recruiter

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Human Resources Recruiter to assist hiring efforts for a prolonged contract based in Los Angeles, California. This position encompasses managing recruitment from sourcing through offer facilitation while closely collaborating with hiring teams to pinpoint ideal candidates. The preferred applicant possesses substantial corporate recruiting experience, sound candidate evaluation skills, and confidence in working with applicant tracking systems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire recruitment process: from intake discussions and sourcing to screening, interview arrangement, and offer assistance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on candidate criteria, and sustain hiring progress.
• Develop and maintain talent pools via strategic outreach, networking, and sourcing for present and upcoming vacancies.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, background, and overall suitability.
• Manage scheduling and communications for virtual panel interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Keep precise records in the applicant tracking system, updating recruiting data, candidate statuses, and documentation as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies, employment laws, and internal recruitment protocols throughout the selection phase.
• Participate in recruitment process improvements, including tool updates, workflow changes, or staffing procedure adjustments as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to source, attract, and assess candidates across multiple roles.
• Experience in conducting interviews and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
• Competence with applicant tracking systems and accurate recruitment documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Capability to juggle multiple open requisitions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A thorough understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate experience considerations, and selection processes.
