Role Overview
An established, multi-entity home services organization is looking for a seasoned HR project consultant to lead a benefits harmonization effort spanning several locations. This assignment involves coordinating a complex consolidation initiative from start to finish, with direct reporting into senior HR leadership.
What You’ll Do
You will develop the overall project roadmap and take ownership of delivery across HRIS, payroll, compliance, and internal communications workstreams. The role calls for close cross-functional coordination, active stakeholder and vendor management, and continuous monitoring of project risks so issues are identified early and addressed quickly.
Engagement Details
This is a 6–9 month contract engagement. The consultant must be available full time during the initial two-week ramp-up period. After that, the workload is expected to settle at roughly 10–20 hours per week until the project is completed.
Candidate Profile
The client is seeking someone with extensive project management experience, especially in environments involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Background in mergers and acquisitions integration or benefits consolidation across multiple entities is highly desirable, and a PMP credential would be an added advantage.
