Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking a diligent Human Resources Manager to lead various HR operations within our organization in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role requires overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, managing employee onboarding and exit formalities, cultivating a positive work environment, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process and orientation sessions for new employees as well as ensure smooth offboarding procedures.
• Address and resolve workplace conflicts, manage staff grievances, and foster a collaborative and positive organizational culture.
• Administer employee benefits like healthcare plans, track leaves, and coordinate payroll processes on a daily basis.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws by maintaining compliant workplace practices and employee documentation.

Compensation and Terms

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000.
