Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Human Resources Administrator to manage daily HR operations and support organizational objectives. This key role entails being the central contact for office management, vendor coordination, and employee assistance. Responsibilities include facilitating HR initiatives, assisting with onboarding, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining office efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work atmosphere that aligns with EspriGas’s values. This position offers growth opportunities within a forward-thinking and diverse workplace niche.
Key Duties
- Manage everyday office functions and act as the liaison for office-related inquiries.
- Oversee vendor relations and handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Attend to visitor support and general office inquiries.
- Organize internal and external events including team-building and conferences.
- Maintain operational efficiency through managing procedures, correspondence, and common areas.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events seamlessly.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and IT support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to update and uphold office policies.
- Support onboarding activities with proper documentation and orientation.
- Assist recruitment by screening candidates and supporting hiring processes.
- Handle travel logistics and departmental expense reporting.
- Engage in HR projects such as job fairs, recruitment cycles, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and training for benefit programs.
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations when necessary.
- Help develop and execute initiatives promoting company culture and values.
- Manage employment-related inquiries, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Administer HR programs covering benefits, leave policies, recognition, morale, and health and safety.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and special assignments.
- Ensure effective team communication and accountability to meet responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration.
- Preferably some entry-level experience in HR functions.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Self-motivated learner with a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
