This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions and requires effective coordination with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
• Evaluate candidate profiles based on required skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary needs.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate compatibility with job requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment stages.
• Regularly update and organize candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools.
• Negotiate salary packages in alignment with company and client guidelines.
• Facilitate offer issuance, onboarding formalities, and ensure candidate engagement until joining.
• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and upcoming hiring demands.
• Collaborate with clients to gather new role requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Meet recruitment targets set on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Keep detailed records of candidate progress, interview outcomes, offers, and onboarding statuses.
• Assure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about current IT market trends, technologies, skills, and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
• Understanding of IT recruitment and technical job requirements.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Efficient in follow-ups and coordination tasks.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools including various job portals and LinkedIn.
• Driven by targets with a result-oriented mindset.
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Experience Requirements

• Prior exposure to IT recruitment, staffing, or consulting is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates demonstrating solid communication skills and enthusiasm for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience handling client demands and managing end-to-end recruitment processes is an asset.
